Eight street artists, coming from diverse background, to make art inspired by the most fundamental human rights.

We selected a shortlist of 8 artists that in the week of the 5th of December will create and exhibit their works in the exhibition space located on the third floor. We submitted to the artists a document which summarizes Renew's positions with respect to some fundamental human and civil rights, and asked them to use that document to inspire their work.

We also decided to involve artists who come more or less from the street art, considered improperly "inferior" to real modern art, but which, in our opinion, has a freshness and immediacy that give the ability to reach everyone.

In the choice of provenience, we considered important to involve artists from European countries, but also two artists from Ukraine and one with Russian origin. It is important to us to demonstrate that peaceful coexistence and free expression are possible, and that the decisions of a few cannot become a stigma and damage for those who have talent and act peacefully.
Some works will be placed in the exhibition space, while some other artists will create and/or finish their works in presence on the 5th of December. On Monday 5th of December at 18.00 a press conference will be organized to deeply explain the event.
Some of them happily agreed to leave their work in the Renew corridors until the end of this legislative mandate.
